Refund policy

1. Return Window You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests submitted after 3 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.

• Kept in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.

• Accompanied by a valid order confirmation or receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

• Personal care, cosmetic, or sanitary items.

• Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

• Damaged goods caused by improper handling or misuse after delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will review the claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at choudharyrizwan1318@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back to us without contacting our team first.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

7. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations You can request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order enters the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled, but you may return it following our return guidelines once received.
