Welcome to Shameero Store. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, reliably, and promptly right to your doorstep anywhere across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Destinations

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and regions nationwide across Pakistan using trusted domestic courier service Postex.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Verification: Our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your delivery address before shipping your parcel out.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Charges: We charge a simple flat rate of PKR 210 on all orders across Pakistan.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide so you can pay conveniently when your order reaches your home.

  • Please keep the exact amount (order total + PKR 210 shipping fee) ready in cash for the courier rider at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is picked up by our courier partner, you will receive a tracking code via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. You can use this code on the courier’s portal to check the status of your parcel in real-time.

6. Delivery Protocol

  • The courier rider will make up to 2 delivery attempts at your provided address.

  • Please make sure your full delivery address and mobile number are complete and accurate at checkout to avoid any delays or returned packages.

  • If you will be away during the estimated delivery period, please arrange for someone at your home or office to receive the package on your behalf.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

Every item is thoroughly inspected before packing. However, if your order arrives damaged or tampered with:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the parcel immediately upon arrival.

  2. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery so we can promptly send you a replacement or assist you.
